Nikki likes the LIKEaBIKE

Posted by: blissfule In: Perth ()

Robin asked for a review of the LIKEaBIKE we bought our children for Christmas.

The short answer is that the LIKEaBIKE is fantastic! A stress-free child-led introduction to cycling.

Nikki gained confidence by riding around and around the living room. Then one day she asked to take her LIKEaBIKE outside.

She practiced in the back garden, and later I shot some video as she maneuvered around a parking lot, down a grassy hill, and along a wetlands trail.

This short clip shows her riding, turning wide circles, and stopping.

Please note, this is not a compensated review, just a product I like.

We love the LIKEaBike too! It made for a very easy transition to a regular bike, skipping the training wheels.

Thanks so much for the review, Elisa. Before you mentioned the LIKEaBIKE in a previous blog, I’d never even heard of one and have been interested every since. On a tricycle, pedaling is the hardest part, and it seems like a child can enjoy riding much quicker with a LIKEaBIKE. I’m also happy to hear from Angela that it made for an easy transition to a regular bike. I’m seriously considering this for Ian. Many thanks again!

Cedric loves watching Nikki ride her LIKEaBIKE! It does look like fun, makes me wonder if they carry that brand in the US. Why does it seem like Europe gets all the cool toys first?
